Spent the whole day doing birding stuff. We helped out earlier in the WBCP bird watching event for new members in Coastal Lagoon. Then went shopping in Makati with Tina and Wency for odds and ends. Tina really wanted to see the Blue and White and so did JP. Its hard to turn down my two birding neighbors so off we went to Palay Palay again! We saw three birds. Two males and one female. Its a good thing I went with them because now I have the complete set. Super tired last night, but already planning to go to new places. Blue and White Flycatcher -male ISO 160, 1/80, f5.6, tripod Blue and White Flycatcher- female ISO 100, 1/50, f5.6, tripod Canon 50D, Canon 500mm, Canon 1.4x tc, Manfrotto 475B, Manfrotto 393

Wonderful captures, Tonji. Excellent exposure job on the backlit female.
With these beautiful and rare (and you got the pair) birds, I'm sure the trip was well worth it.
